Hypoxia‐Driven CA2 Promotes Trophoblast Dysfunction in Preeclampsia

CA2 is upregulated in preeclampsia and impairs trophoblast function by suppressing VEGFA under hypoxia/HIF‐1α signaling. LNP‐mediated CA2 silencing improves placental structure and fetal outcomes, highlighting CA2 as a promising therapeutic target for PE.

FAM3A Inhibits Plasma Triglyceride Levels via Microvasculature‐Involved Enhancement of VLDL‐Triglyceride Hydrolysis and Lipid Uptake
