[[alternative]]The Changes of Sound Gain in Ear Canal after Endoscopic Tympanoplasty Type I
[[abstract]]為了解鼓膜穿孔病患耳道內在最接近鼓膜處每個頻率的增益值變化,臨床上常以真耳測試檢查,以作為不適合手術的此類病患配戴助聽輔具前的重要參考。本研究之目的為探討:第一、鼓膜穿孔患者接受內視鏡鼓室成型術Type I前後之耳道聲場的變化為何;第二、鼓膜正常者與鼓膜穿孔患者在耳道聲場的差異為何。研究中收集共104位(144耳)的受試者,其中鼓膜穿孔受試者為64位(64耳)以及鼓膜完整受試者40位(80耳)的真耳測試表現。真耳測試之刺激音為70 dB SPL,並分別測得500、1000 ...
