We report an extraordinary case of tumorous type of rhabdomyomatous dysplasia without any other malformation in a fetus of 23 weeks gestation. Histologically, autopsy showed distinctive striated muscle tissue in the upper and middle lobes of the right lung.

We reviewed the clinical, pathological and immunohistochemical features of six unilocular cystic granulosa cell tumors (UCGs) of the ovary. The mean age of the patients was 46 years and the presenting features included abdominal distension, pain, urinary frequency, dyspareunia and amenorrhea.
