Next‐generation proteomics improves lung cancer risk prediction

Exploiting metabolic adaptations to overcome dabrafenib treatment resistance in melanoma cells

We show that dabrafenib‐resistant melanoma cells undergo mitochondrial remodeling, leading to elevated respiration and ROS production balanced by stronger antioxidant defenses. U-Pb age of the Baltoro granite, northwest Himalaya, and implications for monazite U-Pb systematics

The Baltoro granite is a major late- to post-tectonic plutonic phase of the Karakoram batholith of the northwest Himalaya in northern Pakistan. U-Pb zircon analyses indicate both emplacement at 21.0 ±0.5 Ma and significant Precambrian zircon inheritance.
