U-Pb ages of granites near the Grenville Front, Ontario

U-Pb ages are reported for three plutons near the Grenville Front. Coarse granite from the Chief Lake complex in the Southern Province has a zircon age of 1464+2/-1 Ma. Biotite granodiorite from a small, separate pluton just north of the Chief Lake complex has a crystallization age of 1749+12/-8 Ma, based on analyses of igneous titanite.

Cis‐regulatory and long noncoding RNA alterations in breast cancer – current insights, biomarker utility, and the critical need for functional validation

Detection of circulating tumor DNA in colorectal cancer patients using a methylation‐specific droplet digital PCR multiplex

We developed a cost‐effective methylation‐specific droplet digital PCR multiplex assay containing tissue‐conserved and tumor‐specific methylation markers. The assay can detect circulating tumor DNA with high accuracy in patients with localized and metastatic colorectal cancer.
