Longitudinal circulating tumor DNA profiling in patients with advanced endometrial cancer using an off‐the‐shelf targeted NGS panel

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

Intent-Driven UAM Rescheduling

open access: yesCoRR
Due to the restricted resources, efficient scheduling in vertiports has received much more attention in the field of Urban Air Mobility (UAM). For the scheduling problem, we utilize a Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP), which is often formulated in a resource-restricted project scheduling problem (RCPSP).

Investigation of the Crystallinity and Water Permeability of Surface Layers of UAM-50 and UAM-100 Ultrafiltration Membranes

open access: yesJournal of Surface Investigation: X-ray, Synchrotron and Neutron Techniques, 2021
We perform X-ray diffractometry, electron-microscopic, and kinetic studies of the surface layers of UAM-50 and UAM-100 ultrafiltration membranes. The crystallinity of the membranes is studied by X-Ray diffraction in the region of large angles 2θ from 2° to 40°, using a DRON-3 diffractometer with modern methods of the computer processing of experimental

Microscopic Insights into Magnetic Warping and Time‐Reversal Symmetry Breaking in Topological Surface States of Rare‐Earth‐Doped Bi2Te3

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Magnetic doping of the topological insulator Bi2Te3 with erbium adatoms induces out‐of‐plane magnetism and breaks time‐reversal symmetry, opening a Dirac gap and driving a Fermi surface transition from hexagonal to star‐of‐David geometry. Microscopy, spectroscopy, and magnetic dichroism reveal atomically controlled magnetic interactions that tailor the

Capacity modelling for UAM

open access: yesDrone Systems and Applications
The management of the operation of unmanned aircraft systems and their integration into the common airspace faces various challenges, among which those associated with determining the airspace capacity can also be included. This paper focuses on this challenge and proposes an approach to determine the airspace capacity through the utilization of ...

Resolving the Structural Duality of Graphene Grain Boundaries

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Cantilever ncAFM resolves the atomic structure of grain boundaries in graphene, revealing coexisting stable and metastable types. Both contain pentagon/heptagon defects, but metastable GBs show irregular geometries. Modeling shows metastable GBs form under compression, exhibiting vertical corrugation, while stable GBs are flat.
