Optimal control of UCG is one way for increasing of effectiveness the transformation coal to syngas. Process control system has been developed in UCG laboratory. In this paper is described thermodynamic model for UCG process and his verification. The main task of thermodynamic process is finding the composition of gasification products by known thermodynamic temperature and by known pressure, according minimization of Gibson energy of system.
