Micropropagation of Ulmus pumila L. from mature trees
Plant Cell Reports, 1993Multiple shoots were induced from nodal segments of mature trees of Ulmus pumila L. on Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium supplemented with benzyladenine (BA). Further multiple shoots were obtained from nodal segments taken from in vitro proliferated shoots when cultured in MS medium containing 0.5 mg.l(-1) BA.
