Kaplan Lesion in a 10‐Year‐Old Boy: A Case Report

ABSTRACT Kaplan's lesion, a rare complex metacarpophalangeal (MCP) joint dislocation in children, is often requires surgical intervention. The dorsal approach minimizes neurovascular risk, while the volar approach allows volar plate repair. A 10‐year‐old boy presented with a left index finger MCP dislocation after trauma.
