We report a male patient who presented elbow stiffness and grievous malunion of the distal humerus due to delayed treatment after distal humerus fracture. A cementless and stemless resurfacing prosthesis was customized for the distal humerus based on contralateral articular anatomy using 3D‐printing technique with Co‐Cr‐Mo alloy.
