As reported by Adriaenssens and Bjorkstam1 KH2AsO4 (KDA) shows a low-frequency dielectric relaxation in a narrow region above the transition temperature. Though the relaxation may be explained by the existence of a central mode other possible origins can not be excluded.

This paper describes the design of a three-phase oscillator covering the range from 0.01 to 1,000 cycles per second. The problems peculiar to this frequency range, and their solutions, are discussed. Certain advantages inherent in three-phase operation are explained.
