This paper presents a degeneracy‐aware light detection and ranging (LiDAR)‐inertial framework that enhances LiDAR simultaneous localization and mapping performance in challenging environments. The proposed system integrates a dual‐layer robust odometry frontend with a Scan‐Context‐based loop‐closure detection backend.

Compact Terahertz Dual‐Comb Spectroscopy with All‐Digitally Generated Adaptive Clock
This work demonstrates a compact terahertz dual‐comb spectrometer using an all‐digital adaptive clock generated on an FPGA. This system achieves high precision across 1.6 THz, resolves over 24 000 comb lines with kHz resolution, and offers enhanced stability and a simplified architecture compared to analog‐based methods.

Frequency Selective Rasorber With Low Insertion Loss and Ultra‐Broadband Scattering Reduction
We present a dual‐polarization broadband frequency selective rasorber featuring a transmission window in the middle of its absorption band. The proposed FSR achieves a –10 dB reflection band over 3.68–16.94 GHz with a fractional bandwidth of 128.6%, featuring a minimum insertion loss of 0.3 dB at 10.3 GHz.
