A Ferrite-Loaded Ultra-Low Profile Ultra-Wideband Tightly Coupled Dipole Array
IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation, 2021A dual-polarized ferrite-loaded ultra-wideband tightly coupled dipole array (TCDA) with an extremely low profile is presented. A novel ferrite grid with high relative permeability and permittivity characteristic is loaded between the antenna and ground ...

Ultra-Wideband Polarization Insensitive Thin Absorber Based on Resistive Concentric Circular Rings
IEEE transactions on electromagnetic compatibility (Print), 2021Eliminating stray and suppressing unwanted radiation in a high frequency circuit is difficult. It becomes a challenge to achieve an ultra-wide absorption band in a thin-single-layer microwave absorber.

An ultra-wideband and wide-angle optically transparent flexible microwave metamaterial absorber
Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics, 2021In this work, we propose an ultra-wideband and wide-angle optically transparent flexible metamaterial absorber (MMA), consisting of a multilayered structure with a transparent polyvinyl chloride layer and a periodic indium-tin-oxide patch array attached ...

A surface acoustic wave (SAW) correlator that satisfies FCC bandwidth requirements for ultra-wideband (UWB) operation has been built and tested. The correlator operates within the 3.1 to 10.6 GHz bandwidth region and uses bi-phase shift keying (BPSK) modulation to achieve a spreading of the main lobe to a 25% bandwidth.
