Heterointerface Seeding Accelerates Bi0/Bi3+ Phase Conversion for Ultrafast Aqueous Alkaline Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An N‐doped carbon‐confined Bi/Bi2O3 heterostructure enables ultrafast and reversible Bi0/Bi3+ phase conversion through heterointerface seeding. The pre‐established Bi/Bi2O3 interfaces provide nucleation‐active sites for heterophase regrowth, while the N‐C shell promotes electron transport and structural stability, overcoming kinetic limitations in ...

Trap‐Programmable Ruddlesden–Popper Perovskite Nanocrystals for Persistent Optoelectronic Memory and Photonic Synapses

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This work presents trap‐programmable Ruddlesden–Popper perovskite nanocrystals for ultralong‐lived optical memory and photonic synapses. Layer‐controlled octahedral distortion modulates trap depth and carrier‐storage kinetics, enabling persistent luminescence beyond 5000 s at room temperature.

Environmental Effects on RRAM Cells Based on 2D Halide Perovskite Materials

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
RRAM offers high speed, scalability, and low power, positioning it as a next‐generation non‐volatile memory. Two‐dimensional halide perovskites show promise due to tunable optoelectronic properties and flexible processing but suffer from environmental sensitivity. This review examines degradation from humidity, temperature, light, and strain, discusses
