Properties of semigroups of elementary types of model classes
The study of classes of first-order countable language models and their properties is an important direction in model theory. Of particular interest are axiomatizable classes of models (varieties, quasivarieties, finitely axiomatizable classes ...

Formal model theory and higher topology
Abstract We study the 2‐categories BIon, of (generalized) bounded ionads, and Accω$\text{Acc}_\omega$, of accessible categories with directed colimits, as an abstract framework to approach formal model theory. We relate them to topoi and (lex) geometric sketches, which serve as categorical specifications of geometric theories. We provide reconstruction

Ultraproduct for Quantum Structures
Quantum Kripke frames are certain quantum structures recently introduced by Zhong. He has defined certain properties such as Existence of Approximation and Superposition for these structures. In this paper, we define the ultraproduct for the family of quantum Kripke frames and show that the aforementioned properties are invariant under ultraproduct. In

Word maps with constants on symmetric groups
Abstract We study word maps with constants on symmetric groups. Even though there are non‐trivial mixed identities of bounded length that are valid for all symmetric groups, we show that no such identities can hold in the limit in a metric sense. Moreover, we prove that word maps with constants and non‐trivial content, that are short enough, have an ...

Ultraproducts of von Neumann algebras and ergodicity
An ultraproduct of any linear spaces with respect of a non-trivial ultrafilter in an index set is generalization of the non-standard expansion *R of the set of real numbers R.

Unitaries in ultraproduct of matrices
We study various conditions under which a unitary in an ultraproduct of matrices is conjugated to an ultraproduct of permutations.

This note presents a useful tool in Banach space theory: ultraproducts of Banach spaces. These provide a uniform method for manufacturing locally similar Banach spaces. In this way they relate local (finite dimensional) and global (infinite dimensional) structure.

Ultraproducts and metastability
Given a convergence theorem in analysis, under very general conditions a model-theoretic compactness argument implies that there is a uniform bound on the rate of metastability. We illustrate with three examples from ergodic theory.
