The development and evaluation of an ultrasonic fatigue unit
A fatigue test apparatus operating at 20 kc/s is described. The unit is based on a standard magnetostrictive drive system as used in high energy stresswave generators. An automatic counting device has been developed and incorporated in the final equipment, resulting in improvements in accuracy and reproducibility of results.

Botulinum Toxin for First Bite Syndrome: A Symptom‐Guided “Follow‐The‐Pain” Injection Strategy
ABSTRACT Background To evaluate botulinum toxin type A (BoNT‐A) for First Bite Syndrome (FBS) and assess a symptom‐guided “Follow‐the‐Pain” (FTP) injection strategy in patients with incomplete response to standard treatment. Methods Consecutive patients with postoperative FBS were treated with ultrasound‐guided intraparotid BoNT‐A injection.
