Design of Roll-Screen System Using Ultrasonic Motor

For silent operation, Roll-Screen has been designed by using piezolelectric ultrasonic motor. To drive the ultrasonic motor, a digitally controlled drive system has been designed by using PLD. And to measure the position and velocity of Roll-Screen, encoder with 36 pulse/revolution is used.

Effect of Ultrasonic Deep Rolling on High-Frequency and Ultrasonic Fatigue Behavior of TC4

A gradient nanostructured (GNS) surface layer was produced on TC4 samples by means of ultrasonic deep rolling (UDR). Grain size refined to nano-scale and increased to macro-scale with the increasing depth. The microstructure of the UDRed sample was observed and the mechanical properties of UDRed samples were measured.

Optimized Design of the Horn of Ultrasonic Roll Welding

Previous studies on the amplitude horn only calculated sizes in consistent with the axial resonant mode frequency and disc bending resonant mode frequency without considering the overall stress and the amplitude of the disc’s outer ring. The resonant frequency of the amplitude horn cannot occur around 35 kHz.
