Ultrasonic Welding

open access: yes, 2011
V diplomski nalogi sem opisal teoretični in praktični del ultrazvočnega varjenja. Najprej sem opisal ultrazvok in kako ga ustvarjamo. Navedel sem tudi vse najbolj uveljavljenje tipe varjenja, osnovne pojme o varjenju in zgodovino razvoja varjenja.

Ultrasonic Welding

The Journal of the Acoustical Society of America, 1959
This paper will discuss the design of ultrasonic transducers necessary to produce efficient spot and seam welding. In addition, there will be a discussion of experience encountered with ultrasonic welding in the laboratory and in the field. Photographs and photomicrographs of metals welded ultrasonically will be presented. There will be a discussion of

Ultrasonic Welding

1993
Abstract This article begins with a discussion on the advantages and limitation of ultrasonic welding (USW). It describes variations of the USW process which can produce different weld geometries. These variations are helpful in producing spot welds, line welds, continuous seam welds, ring welds, and microelectronic welds.

Ultrasonic Evaluation of Weld Strength for Aluminum Ultrasonic Spot Welds

AIP Conference Proceedings, 2005
The goal of this work is to determine the feasibility of using an ultrasonic, non‐destructive technique for post‐process evaluation of aluminum ultrasonic spot welds. A focused immersion transducer was utilized to obtain a C‐scan of the weld interface, from which a weighted ultrasonic contact area was estimated.

Ultrasonic Welding in Microminiaturization

IFAC Proceedings Volumes, 1965
Abstract Ultrasonic welding has grown in interest as a bonding technique in the field of microminiaturization. It can be used for welding of various materials. No extra heat is needed, the cleanliness of the surfaces to be welded is not critical.

Ultrasonic Plastic Welding with Welding Tip Pair

Japanese Journal of Applied Physics, 1986
Ultrasonic plastic micro-welding with transverse and longitudinal vibration welding tip pairs is studied. (1) A welding tip pair of 20 kHz vibrating perpendicularly, and (2) a welding tip pair of 20 kHz and 27 kHz vibrating parallel to the surfaces to be welded are used for micro-welding of plastic sheet specimens.
