In this study, TiO2 thin films were prepared by ultrasonic spray pyrolysis (USP) method. Precursor solutions were prepared by 0.1 M titanium (IV) -bis (acetylacetonate) -diisopropoxide (TiAcAc) with ethanol (%96) (C2H5OH) as a solvent and HCl acid as Ph reducer.

In this study, one of the widely used nanostructured metal oxide semiconductors ZnO were made composite with one of the noble metals Ag. Ultrasonic Spray Pyrolysis method was used to produce Ag/ZnO nanocomposites starting from 0.05; 0.1; 0.2M silver and zinc ion containing aqueous solutions.

In this thesis, tin doped indium oxide (ITO) thin films have been deposited over glass substrates at 300 °C temperature by using the ultrasonic spray pyrolysis method. ITO thin films samples have produced at three different spraying times, such as 20, 40 and 60 minutes.
