A Comprehensive Study of Piezoelectricity in Chitosan Films. [PDF]
Small SciThis work explores the correlation between crystallinity and piezoelectricity in solution‐cast chitosan films with respect to their fabrication process, giving a final recipe allowing to reach a d33 = 27 pm V−1, nearly twice as high as those previously reported in the literature.

Revealing Ambipolar Charge Transport in BTBT‐Based D–A–D Molecules via Photo‐MIS‐CELIV Measurements
Advanced Electronic Materials, Volume 12, Issue 4, 18 February 2026.We report a new family of D–A–D molecules based on BTBT and BTBTOx4 as central π‐conjugated cores. Using photo‐MIS‐CELIV, we measured hole and electron mobilities and investigated the role of molecular structure. BTBTOx4 derivatives show ambipolar behavior and intrinsic p‐doping, while BTBT analogues are unipolar with higher mobility.
