The role of wind turbines in rural and underdeveloped regions

A unique wind turbine is described. The use of delta-shaped air foils with a flat trailing edge, along with a counterbalanced mechanism, have made this water pumper twice as effective as previous models, giving effective pumping in excess of 1000 feet of lift. To date it has been most effective and reliable.
