Environmental benefits of underground coal gasification.
Journal of environmental sciences (China), 2002Environmental benefits of underground coal gasification are evaluated. The results showed that through underground coal gasification, gangue discharge is eliminated, sulfur emission is reduced, and the amount of ash, mercury, and tar discharge are decreased.
