On the undervaluation of privatized companies
Economics Letters, 2005Privatizations are commonly associated with underpricing and undervaluation. Underpricing has received significant attention in the literature, but there is no equivalent literature that explains undervaluation. This paper provides a theoretical model of why regulated privatized assets are prone to undervaluation.

2022This paper seeks to analyze the impact the COVID-19 pandemic has had on nurses and how it has affected the prevalence of compassion fatigue, moral injury, and overall job satisfaction. It examines current intervention strategies and frameworks and offers recommendations for how these systems may be improved to better support nurses.
