Perinatal outcomes following fetoscopic laser surgery for early twin‐to‐twin transfusion syndrome: Systematic review and meta‐analysis

Although gestational age at delivery was 3 weeks earlier in twin‐to‐twin transfusion syndrome with FLS at <18 weeks, there was no difference in outcomes, including very early preterm birth, premature rupture of membranes and survival with similar findings in the subset that underwent laser surgery at <16 weeks.
