Pak Biawak, a necrobot, embodies an unusual fusion of biology and robotics. Designed to repurpose natural structures after death, it challenges conventional boundaries between nature and engineering. Its movements are precise yet unsettling, raising questions about sustainability, ethics, and the untapped potential of biointegrated machines.

This work presents a state‐adaptive Koopman linear quadratic regulator framework for real‐time manipulation of a deformable swab tool in robotic environmental sampling. By combining Koopman linearization, tactile sensing, and centroid‐based force regulation, the system maintains stable contact forces and high coverage across flat and inclined surfaces.

On Uniformly Bazilevic and Related Functions
We introduce a new class of functions analytic in the open unit disc, which contains the class of Bazilevic functions and also generalizes the concept of uniform convexity. We establish univalence criterion for the functions in this class and investigate

This work reports on the actuation behavior of CP‐based polypyrrole/PVdF TYs soaked in electrolyte/ionic liquids and woven actuators where such TYs are integrated. These studies are important toward the creation of on‐body applications such as wearable soft robotics, where textiles offer many advantages such as increased force, integrated electrical ...

In Situ Characterisation of Hydrogels via Dynamic Interface Printing
ABSTRACT Hydrogels have become pivotal materials for tissue engineering, robotics, biomedical devices, and sensing applications due to their diverse material compositions and tunable mechanical properties. While significant effort has focused on developing novel manufacturing approaches such as extrusion bioprinting and light‐based fabrication methods,

Local uniform convexity and Kadec-Klee type properties in K-interpolation spaces I: General Theory
We present a systematic study of the interpolation of local uniform convexity and Kadec-Klee type properties in K-interpolation spaces. Using properties of the K-functional of J.Peetre, our approach is based on a detailed analysis of properties of a ...

Neural Fields for Highly Accelerated 2D Cine Phase Contrast MRI
ABSTRACT 2D cine phase contrast (CPC) MRI provides quantitative information on blood velocity and flow within the human vasculature. However, data acquisition is time‐consuming, motivating the reconstruction of the velocity field from undersampled measurements to reduce scan times. In this work, neural fields are proposed as a continuous spatiotemporal

Clarkson’s Inequalities for Periodic Sobolev Space [PDF]
The paper is devoted to developing the proof of Clarkson's inequalities for periodic functions belonging to the Sobolev space. The norm of the space has not been considered earlier.
