Unilateral Renal Agenesis in 2 Siblings

50세 남자로 내원 1달 전부터 발생한 양측 고환 부위의 압통과 부종을 주소로 내원하였다. 타 병원에서 양측성 부 고환염 진단 하에 항생제를 복용하였으나 증상의 호전이 없고 최근 심해지는 압통으로 본원으로 전원되었다. 과거 력상에서 수년 전부터 간간히 우측 측복통이 있었고, 가족 력상 특이소견은 없었다. 내원 당시 생체징후는 정상이었 고 전신 상태는 양호하였다. 신체검사에서 양측 부고환의 상극에 1cm 크기의 압통성 결절이 촉진되었다. 이외에 정 관이나 외부 성기에 특별한 이상은 없었다.
