On the quadratic unitary Cayley graphs

A ``quadratic unitary'' Cayley graph is a circulant graph on the group \(\mathbb{Z}_n\) whose connection set consists of the quadratic units in the ring \(\mathbb{Z}_n\) together with their negatives. This paper determines all eigenvalues of such graphs. As an application, it determines the values of \(n\) for which this graph is strongly regular.
