Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Aims: The WHO estimated that 1 in 5 people living in conflict areas have some form of mental disorder. On top of this, limited access to mental health care in these areas continues to amplify the issue.

This is a drastic extension of the author's previous work [Math. Struct. Comput. Sci. 1, No. 3, 255-296 (1991; Zbl 0752.03027)]. A single cut-free Gentzen-type system unifying classical, intuitionistic and linear logic is devised. The list of rules takes four pages, but the system is not a mechanical mixture of known systems for sublogics. The unifying

Szerver-kliens alapú játékfejlesztés Unity Engine segítségével
Szakdolgozatom keretein belül egy 3D játékot készítettem el Unity Engine segítségével, ami akár egyedül, akár másokkal együtt is játszható a hálózaton keresztül. A játékra bárki fel tud csatlakozni aki internet eléréssel rendelkezik.

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

A semantic model for UNITY [PDF]
This paper develops a semantic model for UNITY that reflects its particular aspects, such as nondeterminism, absence of control flow etc. The proposed model is a kind of state-transition system within which observations and actions are the basic semantic

An isoform of 14‐3‐3 protein regulates transbilayer lipid movement at the plasma membrane
Loss of 14‐3‐3ζ in CHO cells confers resistance to exogenous phosphatidylserine (PS) and impairs endocytosis‐independent inward flip‐flop of fluorescent PS at the plasma membrane. RNAi‐mediated knockdown reproduces this defect, while no additive effect is seen in ATP11C‐deficient cells.

The ubiquitin ligase RNF115 is required for the clearance of damaged lysosomes
Upon lysosomal rupture, an E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF115 translocates from the cytosol to the damaged lysosomal membrane. Moreover, RNF115 depletion impairs the clearance of damaged lysosomes, identifying it as a key regulator of lysosomal quality control.
