Suppressing Halide Segregation in Wide‐Bandgap Perovskite Absorbers by Transamination of Formamidinium

open access: yesChemPhysChem, EarlyView.
Photostable wide‐bandgap (1.77 eV) perovskite solar cells were created by adding butylamine (BA) to the precursor solution. Density functional theory calculations predicted that BA reacts with the precursor forming the novel cation N‐butylformamidinium (BuFA+), which is proven by 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.

Local Structure and Dynamics in Solvent‐Free Molten Salt Ca2+‐Electrolytes

open access: yesChemPhysChem, Accepted Article.
Calcium batteries (CaBs) fundamentally offer a promise of sustainable high energy density storage. However, the development of functional CaB electrolytes remains a key challenge. Here molecular simulations are used to investigate structural and dynamic properties of solvent‐free molten salt electrolytes (MSEs) containing Ca2+ and alkali cations (Li ...

Sustainable Synthesis, Characterization, Cellular Effects of Gold Nanoparticles and Their Applications as Therapeutics in Cancer Therapy

open access: yesChemPlusChem, EarlyView.
Gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) are widely used in biomedicine, electronics, catalysis, and environmental science. Conventional synthesis relies on harsh chemicals, driving interest in eco‐friendly methods using plants, bacteria, fungi, and algae. Biomolecules like polyphenols, proteins, and fatty acids aid nanoparticle synthesis under mild conditions. This

Dose Selection for DuoBody®‐CD40x4‐1BB (GEN1042/BNT312) Using a mPBPK/RO Model Leveraging Preclinical and Clinical Data

open access: yesClinical Pharmacology &Therapeutics, EarlyView.
Optimizing target engagement for bispecific antibodies (bsAbs) is challenging, as bsAbs bind to two different targets in vivo to form a trimolecular complex (trimer), and likely display a bell‐shaped concentration–response curve. bsAbs trimer formation is expected to be related to efficacy and safety, and determining the dose level at which it is ...
