New current-mode universal biquad filter

Microelectronics Journal, 1999
A new current-mode universal biquadratic filter using only two second generation current conveyors and a minimum number of passive components is presented. The proposed configuration can realize the second-order low pass, high pass, band pass and band reject responses simultaneously.

CMOS programmable universal filter using CCTAs

2017 2nd International Conference on Automation, Cognitive Science, Optics, Micro Electro-Mechanical System, and Information Technology (ICACOMIT), 2017
This paper presents a new CMOS programmable universal filter using three current conveyor transconductance amplifiers, two grounded capacitors and four grounded resistors. Unlike previous universal filters, low-pass, high-pass, band-pass, band-stop and all-pass filtering functions of proposed universal filter can be programmed using bias current.

A multiple-feedback universal active filter

International Journal of Electronics, 1976
This paper presents a basic active-RC network synthesis technique that results in the implementation of a second-order universal filter providing simultaneously low-pass, bandpass and high-pass output responses. The proposed technique, based on multiple-feedback concepts, simulates a passive R-L-C bandpass prototype under ideal operational-amplifier ...

Universal transadmittance filter using CMOS MOCDTA

2014 Eleventh International Conference on Wireless and Optical Communications Networks (WOCN), 2014
This paper presents a new realization of transadmittance mode universal filter having three inputs and single output. The circuit employs two current differencing transconductance amplifier (CDTA), two capacitors and two resistors. One of the CDTA has multiple outputs hence, called MOCDTA.

Current-mode Active-only Universal Filter

APCCAS 2006 - 2006 IEEE Asia Pacific Conference on Circuits and Systems, 2006
A universal current-mode active-only filter using the biquadratic transfer function is proposed. The proposed circuit is realized by minimized active-only components count without external passive elements. The different kinds of filter function as lowpass, highpass, bandpass and band-reject response can be obtained without changing circuit topology ...

VDTA based Fractional Order Universal Filter

2020 IEEE International Conference for Innovation in Technology (INOCON), 2020
In this paper, electronic tunability of current mode multiple input single output (MISO) type modified biquad fractional order universal filter employing single voltage differencing transconductance amplifier (VDTA) and two grounded fractional capacitors is discussed.

Mixed-mode universal filter using OTAs

2012 IEEE International Conference on Cyber Technology in Automation, Control, and Intelligent Systems (CYBER), 2012
This paper presents an electronically tunable versatile biquadratic filter. Unlike the typical voltage-mode and current-mode filter, the proposed filter can realize voltage-mode, current-mode, transconductance-mode and transresistance-mode transfer functions without changing the circuit topology, called a mixed-mode filter.

Current conveyor based universal biquad filter

ICECS 2001. 8th IEEE International Conference on Electronics, Circuits and Systems (Cat. No.01EX483), 2002
A current-mode biquad filter using as active elements unity gain current conveyors is presented. The proposed circuit has one input and three outputs and can simultaneously realize lowpass, band-pass and high-pass responses. The structure, which has all the passive elements grounded and only two capacitors, presents low sensitivities and independent ...

New switched-capacitor universal biquadratic filter

International Journal of Electronics, 1991
A new switched-capacitor (SC) universal biquadratic fitter is presented. The circuit uses three operational amplifiers and can simultaneously realize lowpass, bandpass and highpass transfer functions in a single SC structure. The filter is parasitic free, requires less capacitor spread and total capacitance, and enjoys very low sensitivities.
