Impact of Prior Biologic Mechanism of Action on Anti‐TNF Effectiveness in Inflammatory Bowel Disease: An ENEIDA Registry Study

In this nationwide ENEIDA registry study, anti‐TNF therapy after prior exposure to a different biologic mechanism of action showed reduced treatment durability in inflammatory bowel disease, with a particularly marked impact in ulcerative colitis, where short‐ and long‐term clinical effectiveness was also lower. Survival outcomes and treatment patterns in myelofibrosis in the JAK inhibitor era

Summary Data on real‐world survival and treatment patterns in large, unselected myelofibrosis (MF) cohorts remain limited. We analysed 1649 patients with MF diagnosed from 2010 onwards and included in the Spanish Myelofibrosis Registry across 64 centres. Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitors were administered to approximately half of the patients.

We reconcile these patterns in a general equilibrium model, which features the endogenous interaction of hours, wages, and firm size.
