Sub‐Terahertz Memristor Switches Using MoS2 by Liquid–Liquid Interface Assembly
Advanced Science, EarlyView.This work introduces application‐ready sub‐terahertz memristor switches fabricated from electrochemically exfoliated MoS2 nanosheets assembled at a liquid–liquid interface. The devices exhibit robust unipolar resistive switching, low insertion loss, and high isolation across 10–110 GHz.

Electrolyte–Framework Matching in High‐Voltage TEMPO‐COF Cathodes for Lithium Batteries
Advanced Science, EarlyView.TEMPO‐functionalized covalent organic frameworks are investigated as high‐voltage cathodes for lithium batteries. Screening five electrolyte anions identifies lithium difluoro(oxalato)borate (LiDFOB) as the optimal electrolyte, balancing capacity, rate capability, and cycling stability, while buckypaper electrodes achieve high mass loading (40 mg cm−2)

Advanced Science, EarlyView.A 203,796‐parameter gene regulatory network classifies handwritten digits with 98.4% accuracy using exact stochastic dynamics. The framework decouples forward simulation from backward differentiation, making continuous‐time Markov chain models compatible with deep‐learning optimization.
