stMixer for Scalable Mosaic Integration and Label Transfer in Spatial Histology and Multi‐Omics

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
stMixer is an unsupervised framework for scalable integration and label transfer across spatial histology and multi‐slide multi‐omics data with incomplete modality overlap. It combines self‐looped cross‐attention, multimodal metric learning, and graph‐guided cluster voting to align heterogeneous sections, correct batch effects, and propagate ...

An exciting Approach to Theoretical Spectroscopy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Theoretical spectroscopy, and more generally, electronic‐structure theory, are powerful concepts for describing the complex many‐body interactions in materials. They cover methods from ground‐state properties to lattice excitations and light‐matter interaction, including time‐resolved variants.

Underexplored Catalysts as General Structures: Application of Machine Learning Techniques for Reaction‐Specific Datasets

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.
Bias‐aware machine learning identified an underexplored imidazolidinone catalyst with broad competitive performance in iminium‐based reactions. Experimental benchmarking shows how data‐driven prioritization can uncover overlooked catalyst scaffolds from sparse and historically biased literature data.

From Chatbots to Co‐Scientists: The Impact of Knowledge‐Generating AI (AI 4.0) on Healthcare and Research

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This perspective contrasts the historical, linear progression of early AI with the dynamic, iterative nature of AI 4.0; and it describes the real‐world medical applications and the necessary evolution of laboratory infrastructure brought about by AI 4.0.

A Global Methane Observation System to Reduce Uncertainty for Anthropogenic and Natural Sources and Sinks for Detecting and Attributing Climate Feedbacks

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Conceptual illustration of a Global Ecosystem Methane Observing System (GEM‐OS) integrating satellites, aircraft, atmospheric networks, and ecosystem measurements to quantify methane emissions from anthropogenic and natural sources. The multi‐scale observing framework improves source attribution, reduces uncertainty in regional methane budgets, and ...

SOX5 Orchestrates Malignant Evolution via Promoter‐Centric Chromatin Remodeling in MYC‐Driven B‐Cell Lymphoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In MYC‐enforced B‐cell lymphoma, SOX5 occupies promoter‐proximal regulatory regions and is associated with reduced chromatin accessibility at the PCNP locus. PCNP repression promotes proliferative remodeling by limiting apoptosis and cell‐cycle restraint.
