Photoactivation‐Enabled Tunable Room‐Temperature Phosphorescence and Thermally Activated Delayed Fluorescence in Crystalline Materials

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This work is the first to demonstrate the regulation of photoactivated room‐temperature phosphorescence (RTP) and thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) in crystalline materials without any pretreatment. Furthermore, we reveal the underlying mechanisms by uncovering the role of host‐guest energy level alignment, exciton lifetime, crystallinity,

Ablation‐Immune Thermal Armor Via Microstructural‐Compatibility Design for Extreme Thermal Conditions

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study unveils a microstructural‐compatibility design strategy that integrates reactive melt infiltration with plasma spraying to fabricate carbon fiber‐reinforced ZrC‐SiC composites. The deliberate incorporation of SiC into the ZrC coating releases heat accumulation, suppresses detrimental lamellar ZrO2 formation, and reduces residual stress. This

Quantitative Visualization of Intracellular Nanometabolism Using Peak‐Shifted Dual‐State Emissive FRET Nanoprobes

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study reveals the long‐elusive intracellular dissolution mechanism of carrier‐free nanomedicines. By utilizing peak‐shifted dual‐state emissive FRET nanoprobes (PDFNPs) that undergo a distinct ratiometric fluorescence peak shift upon disassembly, we achieve real‐time, quantitative tracking of dissolution kinetics in live cells.

High‐Performance Violet Phosphorene‐Based Device via Tellurium Doping‐Induced Contact Resistance Reduction

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Tellurium substitution for phosphorus in violet phosphorus significantly reduces contact resistance, enhancing FET performance under ambient conditions. ABSTRACT Two‐dimensional materials have attracted much attention in various research fields. The phosphorene structures with various allotropes, another type of elemental 2D materials after graphene ...
