2017Antihistaminika der 2. Generation (sgAH) sind das Mittel der Wahl zur Behandlung der cholinergischen Urtikaria (CholU), einer speziellen Form der chronischen induzierbaren Urtikaria. Eine Vielzahl der CholU-Patienten leidet unter den charakteristischen Symptomen der Krankheit trotz Antihistaminika- Therapie in zugelassener Dosierung.
