This study integrates post‐stack seismic attributes with a CNN‐based workflow to characterize sub‐seismic deformation in shale gas reservoirs. A near‐linear correlation is established between seismic characterization methods and borehole deformation counts.

Upper Ordovician strata in the Maysville area, Kentucky, are divided into five formations. The basal Kope Formation is overlain by the Fairview Formation. Above the Fairview are two newly defined map units, the Grant Lake Limestone and the overlying Bull Fork Formation. The Preachersville Member of the Drakes Formation overlies the Bull Fork.

ABSTRACT This study investigates garnet–clinopyroxene double‐layered coronae in a metagabbronorite from the high‐grade metamorphic Gföhl Unit (Bohemian Massif). The coronae formed at the interfaces between relic magmatic orthopyroxene, still preserved in the cores of the coronae, and the plagioclase‐rich rock matrix.
