ABSTRACT Urachal adenocarcinoma is a rare subset of bladder cancer originating from the urachus. We present a case of a 62‐year‐old woman with a 2‐year history of persistent dysuria, urinary frequency, and urgency. On physical examination, a firm, non‐tender suprapubic mass was detected. Cystoscopy was performed and a bladder mass was detected.
