Nanoscale metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) and nanocellulose composites have significant potential for the multi‐functional remediation of the environment. This review focused on the synthesis strategies (in situ growth, ex situ growth, and other approaches), typical forms (aerogel, hydrogel, beads, and membrane), and applications in the removal of ...

Tunneling Nanotube‐Mediated Transcellular Autophagy Alleviates Cadmium Induced Hepatocyte Injury
ROS accumulation is an important upstream signal for activating transcellular autophagy. Incomplete autophagy and TNT formation are necessary conditions for activating transcellular autophagy, and the disruption of the autophagic fusion mechanism is a trigger for activating transcellular autophagy.

Alkali Metal Complexes of a Phosphine‐Functionalized Cyclooctatetraene
A novel phosphine−functionalized COT ligand and its inverse sandwich alkali metal complexes (Na, K, Rb, and Cs) were synthesized and structurally characterized. The polymeric architectures vary with the metal ion and crystallization solvent, with an eight‐membered ring obtained for Rb in benzene.
