2016 9th International Symposium on Computational Intelligence and Design (ISCID), 2016This paper discussed the characteristics and influencing factors of urban design competitiveness based on research of urban competitiveness and design industry. It initially constructed an evaluation index system which consisted of three levels including 3 first class indexes, 8 second class indexes and 25 third class indexes.
