The Impact of Weather Anomalies on Migration in sub-Saharan Africa [PDF]

This paper analyzes the effects of weather anomalies on migration in sub-Saharan Africa. Theoretically, we show how weather anomalies induce rural-urban migration that subsequently triggers international migration.
