Bacterial α‐diversity decreases, but stochasticity and community stability increase across the 15 m‐depth vertical profiles and along the degraded gradient within the active layer. The abundance and interaction of core taxa mainly control community stability in the active and permafrost layers, respectively.

A new class of biohybrid spheroids is engineered through the self‐assembly of adherent cells and extracellular matrix‐mimetic hydrogel microparticles (microgels). By mimicking a snowballing effect, this approach enables scalable formation of porous, millimeter‐scale spheroids with enhanced cell viability and molecular diffusion.

Trade Liberalisation and Poverty in Bangladesh: A General Equilibrium Approach [PDF]
This paper uses a computable general equilibrium (CGE) model to investigate the impact on poverty of trade liberalisation in Bangladesh. The simulation results show that the complete removal of tariffs favours export oriented sectors in the economy. With

This study maps the spatiotemporal distribution of hydrophobic toxicants and endogenous metabolites in the developing placenta and fetus. By integrating mass spectrometry imaging with snRNA‐seq, we identify SR‐B1 as a key transporter driving early‐gestation xenobiotic transfer and reveal a critical exposure window associated with persistent fetal ...

Alternating High‐Fat and Polysaccharide Diets Modulates Gut Phage‐Bacterial Interplay
This study reveals how alternating high‐fat and polysaccharide diets reshape the human gut virome and enhance phage‐bacteria interactions. Using large‐scale metagenomic meta‐analysis and a time‐resolved mouse model, the authors show that diets strongly modulate phage abundance, lifestyle, and gene exchange, offering new insights into nutrition‐guided ...

Urban decentralization and income inequality: is sprawl associated with rising income segregation across neighborhoods? [PDF]
Existing research shows an inverse relationship between urban density and the degree of income inequality within metropolitan areas; this information suggests that as urban areas spread out, they become increasingly segregated by income.

The Cu‐Zn3In2S6 photocatalyst (Cu‐ZISV) with asymmetric Cu‐SV‐Zn sites was designed and synthesized to boost peroxymonosulfate (PMS) activation kinetics. The side‐on photo‐Fenton‐like reaction by the asymmetric Cu‐SV‐Zn site accelerated PMS activation and pollutant degradation, and the first‐order kinetic constant of Cu‐ZISV increased by 4.87 times ...
