Diagnostic of urban flooding and livability in Ghana

This Space4All report analyzes the intersection of urban flooding and livability in Accra and Tema, Ghana, offering rare spatial evidence at the city scale. Results show that around one-third of flooded zones in both cities are built-up, with deprived communities disproportionately affected (59% in Accra and 26% in Tema).
