A shielded 32‐channel body transceiver array with integrated electronics for 7 T

open access: yesMagnetic Resonance in Medicine, Volume 94, Issue 2, Page 852-866, August 2025.
Abstract Purpose Develop a 32‐channel transceiver array for 7 T body imaging that incorporates an RF shield, improves SNR, lowers g‐factors, and is robust to external loading. Methods The addition of a local RF shield was first investigated for single resonant blocks consisting of either one loop and a dipole (LD) or three loops and a dipole (3LD).

In vivo 2H‐MR spectroscopy and imaging of hepatic metabolic formation of trimethylamine‐N‐oxide

open access: yesMagnetic Resonance in Medicine, Volume 94, Issue 2, Page 521-529, August 2025.
Abstract Purpose Despite growing evidence of the link between elevated levels of trimethylamine‐N‐oxide (TMAO) and multiple diseases, there is no method with which to spatially monitor its hepatic formation from the interstitially produced trimethylamine (TMA).

Stone volume instead of maximum stone diameter: results from an international survey

open access: yesBJU International, Volume 136, Issue 1, Page 95-102, July 2025.
Objectives To evaluate Urologists’ perception regarding stone volume (SV) to assess the stone burden in current practice. Whilst SV might be considered as the most accurate measure of stone burden, international guidelines are to date based on maximum stone diameter (MSD). Subjects and Methods An on‐line survey (four parts, 22 multiple choice questions)

Matched‐pair analysis of peri‐operative and oncological outcomes of robot‐assisted vs open retroperitoneal lymph node dissection

open access: yesBJU International, Volume 136, Issue 1, Page 150-158, July 2025.
Objective To analyse a comparatively large cohort of patients who underwent robot‐assisted retroperitoneal lymph node dissection (R‐RPLND) in a single centre, assessing the peri‐operative and oncological safety of this procedure compared to that in a matched‐pair cohort of patients who underwent open retroperitoneal lymph node dissection (O‐RPLND ...

URETERAL METASTASIS AS THE FIRST MANIFESTATION OF ASYMPTOMATIC GASTRIC CANCER [PDF]

open access: yes
Ureteral metastasis from gastric cancer is rare. It is usually diagnosed in the setting of an advanced gastric cancer or on postmortem examination. Isolated ureteral metastasis without involvement of other sites is extremely rare. We describe a 67-year-

Ultrasonographic Appearance of the Deferent Ducts in Dogs without Genitourinary Disease

open access: yesVeterinary Radiology &Ultrasound, Volume 66, Issue 4, July 2025.
ABSTRACT In veterinary medicine, deferent ducts are described as being visible on ultrasound only when pathologically enlarged. Abnormal ultrasonographic enlargement of the deferent ducts has primarily been described secondary to infectious and neoplastic diseases; however, no studies have evaluated the normal ultrasonographic features of these ...
