Ureteral Obstruction Caused by Vasculitis

We report 2 cases of ureteral obstruction caused by vasculitis (polyarteritis nodosa and systemic lupus erythematosus). Case 1, in which the diagnosis was unknown preoperatively, was managed surgically with ureteral resection and reimplantation.
