ABSTRACT Adult‐onset Still's disease should be considered in young adults presenting with fever of unknown origin and inflammatory arthritis, even in the absence of rash or sore throat. Experience With Surgical Correction of Retrocaval Ureter: A Report of Two Cases From Northern Tanzania

Two adults with flank pain were diagnosed with a retrocaval ureter on CT showing a characteristic fishhook deformity and hydroureteronephrosis. Open pyeloureterostomy with anterior ureteral transposition resulted in an uneventful recovery and preserved renal function.
