Case Reports in Urology, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.We report the case of a 7‐year‐old, uncircumcised boy with no significant medical history, who inserted a metal nut onto the base of his penis during play. He presented to the emergency department after 5 hours of being unable to urinate, with significant penile oedema.
