Exome‐wide molecular insights from blood and urine liquid biopsies in genitourinary cancers
Abstract Background Liquid biopsy has emerged as a non‐invasive method for real‐time cancer monitoring especially in genitourinary (GU) oncology. Most current studies utilize a panel‐based molecular profiling ranging from 50–600 genes; however, a comprehensive exome‐wide profiling of real‐world patient samples has been lacking. Methods Over 2000 liquid

Upregulation of ST3GAL5 predicts suppression of malignant biological behavior in bladder cancer
Abstract Background Bladder cancer (BLCA) is the most prevalent malignancy in the urinary tract system, while ST3GAL5 is a protein‐coding gene that catalyzes the formation of ganglioside monosialodihexosylganglioside 3 (GM3) synthase. GM3 synthase has been reported to significantly influence the malignant process of various cancers.

Artificial intelligence as a tool for adult men with urinary problems
Abstract Introduction Urinary problems are common among older men. In a Swedish study of men aged 40–80 years, the prevalence of lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) was 24%, but only 4% sought medical care. A Danish survey reported similar prevalence rates, with over 20% of men not discussing their symptoms with anyone.
