Uracil-induced calculi and proliferative lesions of the mouse urinary bladder
Carcinogenesis, 1988Uracil fed as 3% of the diet to rats produces urinary calculi and consequent proliferative lesions of the bladder epithelium, including papillomatosis. We evaluated the effects of dietary uracil in two strains of mice and compared the results in males and females.

Diffuse Papillomatosis of Rat Urinary Bladder Occurring in Association with Vesical Calculi
Journal of Urology, 1984Repeated intravesical administrations of 0.9 per cent NaCl solution with or without bladder carcinogen N-butyl-N-(3-carboxypropyl)nitrosamine resulted in a high incidence of calculus formation in the urinary bladder. In all such cases, diffuse papillomatosis of the bladder urothelium was observed.

Hinyokika kiyo. Acta urologica Japonica, 1991A case of squamous cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder associated with a bladder stone in a 43-year-old man is reported. Because a 1 cm x 1 cm sized mass was found in the right lateral side of the dome at the time of vesicolithotomy, partial cystectomy was performed.
