A Renal Clearable Probe for In Vivo Monoamine Oxidase (MAO) Detection
A renal‐clearable Cy7‐based fluorogenic probe enables rapid and non‐invasive detection of monoamine oxidase (MAO) activity in vivo. Upon MAO‐mediated activation, the fluorescent product is efficiently excreted in urine, allowing direct quantification of enzyme overexpression.

Human bladder urine oxygen content: Implications for urinary tract diseases
Urine dissolved oxygen (DO) was measured in 40 healthy subjects and 115 patients divided into 4 groups according to their disease. Group 1 (20 patients) had lower urinary tract infection (UI), Group 2 (30 patients) had urinary stone disease (USD), Group 3 consisted of 50 end-stage chronic renal failure patients (CRF) and 15 patients in Group 4 were ...

Simultaneous quantification of 12 different nucleotides and nucleosides released from renal epithelium and in human urine samples using ion-pair reversed-phase HPLC [PDF]
Nucleotides and nucleosides are not only involved in cellular metabolism but also act extracellularly via P1 and P2 receptors, to elicit a wide variety of physiological and pathophysiological responses through paracrine and autocrine signalling pathways.

Novel Vascular‐Adaptive Liquid Metal Microspheres Enable Visualized Arterial Embolization Therapy
We present drug‐loaded liquid metal microspheres (X‐MEN) as a novel agent for image‐guided arterial embolization. With inherent radiopacity and superior deformability, X‐MEN enables real‐time monitoring and conforms tightly to irregular vessels. This approach ensures precise, long‐lasting embolization without recanalization, addressing critical ...

In this study, we identified an NSUN6‐dependent m5C‐modified tsRNA, m5C‐tRF3b CysGCA‐23 (mtRC), that is downregulated in BC and inversely correlated with disease progression. Mechanistically, mtRC suppresses BC malignancy by stabilizing RBM4, attenuating glycolysis, and thereby limiting H3K18 lactylation–mediated activation of IL1RAP and VASH2 ...

Fluorine‐18‐labeled CD73 inhibitor [18F]PSB‐19427 enables noninvasive PET mapping of CD73 overexpression in triple‐negative breast (TNBC) and pancreatic cancer. For [18F]PSB‐19427, specific binding in human tumor tissues, favorable biodistribution with prolonged blood retention, robust tumor uptake, and superiority to [18F]FDG in a TNBC model ...

Spectrum of Lesions in Cystoscopic Bladder Biopsies -A Histopathological Study [PDF]
Background: Diseases of the bladder, particularly inflammation (cystitis), constitute an important source of clinical signs and symptoms. Tumors of the bladder are an important source of both morbidity and mortality.
