Single‐Cell Dissection of the Biological Function and Molecular Features Underlying the Micropeptide LSMEM1 in Kidney

LSMEM1, an evolutionarily conserved micropeptide with extreme hydrophobicity (aliphatic index═113) and dynamic amphiphilicity (GRAVY═0.017), features a strong α‐helical transmembrane anchor (residues 64‐86). Single‐cell analysis reveals its critical role in renal lipid homeostasis.

A Novel FGFR3‐Targeting Antibody‐Drug Conjugate Induces Tumor Cell Apoptosis through the cGAS–STING Pathway in Bladder Cancer

LZU‐WZLYCS01 is a novel FGFR3‐targeting ADC for bladder cancer with 7‐ethyl‐9‐fluorocamptothecin (A2) as its cytotoxic payload. LZU‐WZLYCS01 intracellularly releases A2, which targets MAD2L1 to activate the cGAS‐STING pathway and induce tumor cell apoptosis.

In this case report, a paraneoplastic syndrome caused by testicular neoplasia in a ten-year-old cryptorchid dog is described. Feminization and pancytopenia were observed, resulting from the testicular neoplastic production of estrogens.

Under‐Urine‐Adhered Supramolecular Hydrogel with Linearly Sustained Quercetin Release Facilitates Hemorrhagic Cystitis Healing via Inflammation Regulation

A supramolecular gelatin‐based hydrogel adhesive was engineered for hemorrhagic cystitis management. It provides robust wet‐tissue adhesion, rapid hemostasis, sustained quercetin release, effectively restoring the bladder barrier via anti‐inflammatory and antioxidant actions.
